a bridal party of many ages

So my current my bridesmaids ages (at the time of the wedding) will be 10, 20, 21, and 23 (with a baby). I can't figure out activities I could do with all of them together (some without the 10 year old though) that are age appropriate. I also can't seem to think of fun ways to ask them to be a part of the wedding since they are different ages and funny booze related things won't work for half of them.
