75 is not that long anymore. I still have over 400 😔. Marriage advice? Be faithful, respectful, and loving at each other. Work on your problems instead of throwing the love away. There is always challenges and fights. Communication and understanding is also very important. No one is perfect but try your best! 🥂

From personal experience. You may experience problems out of your control the day of but do not let it stress you. Enjoy the moments leading up to and marrying your partner. Marriage advice is communicate and make time for each other even during this crazy time even if just a little of time. It is okay to also make time for yourself as well so you can be the best for your relationship. Anger is normal but do not let it linger rather talk out your feelings. I do not believe in tension and an unhappy home so more than 24 hours talk it out and move on. Smiley smile

It's right around the corner! As far as marriage advice definitely compromise and communicate. Put your relationship first and make your priority the family that you're creating rather than the families you come from.

Thank you so much for the advice. The part where you stated “Put your relationship first and make your priority the family that you’re creating rather than the families you come from”. Is such great advice. I think a lot of people forget that! So this reminder was necessary ❤️

    I am March 13 too!
Honestly I’m scared we are going to either be forced to cancel or we may be able to have our wedding but with an even more reduced guest list. We are already having a small wedding with only about 38 guests, but I’m worried it’s going to get cut even more. Sigh. I’m not so much concerned about the guest list being cut except that it won’t cut our costs and it seems crazy to spend $10,000 on a wedding with just 8 guests.

I reduced my guest count down to 25 😩 so I understand the feeling. I couldn’t imagine having to spend $10,000 for just 8 guests. We are in a very odd season due to COVID-19. But I believe that everything will be fine. We just have to do our best to roll with whatever we are given. It’s so hard to know wether to go left or right, I struggled with reducing and just finally pulled the plug lol. Do you have a plan b?

We do not have a plan B. We are getting married on March 13th one way or another. At least I hope we are!
Our venue does mostly elopements and they have continued to do those throughout this whole thing. It’s just we’ve spent so much money for our bigger, small wedding that it will be hard to justify reducing the count so much.
We’ve had a very difficult last few months with FH’s daughter and we’re very close to cancelling everything. But we decided we couldn’t let her determine our future so we are going forward with our wedding and marriage. Fingers crossed it all goes as planned. My FH will be getting his vaccine this next week and I’m hoping that with the vaccine starting the numbers will start to decline.

We’re almost twins- I have 98 days to go (4/3/21)! I love The Knot’s planning checklist- keeps me on track. Remember to have a date night & do something unrelated to the wedding.

Marriage advice, be each other’s biggest supporters. You are a team, so act like it. Work together, communicate, compromise. Sometimes it’ll be 50/50, but others it’ll be 25/75 or even 100/0. It if you support each other through it all the good times and the bad you will succeed, both in life and your marriage.
Good luck! Your day will be here before you know it 😊

    Communication!

We actually did couples' therapy before we even got engaged, and it helped strengthen our communication skills in the best way.

SO many problems are created by bad communication. So many problems solved with GOOD communication.

I am currently 54 days away !!! We first got married at the courthouse due to Covid in February 2020 and we are doing our wedding our wedding in February 2021. Give yourself time to adjust to all the crazy changes and love each other harder everyday through the process.
