So one of my bridesmaids will be 7.5 months pregnant at our wedding. We picked out the dresses a while ago before she got pregnant and the dress doesn't come in maternity. Since announcing her pregnancy, she has returned the first size dress and ordered the next size up 3 times now. She is now up to the largest size they have and telling me that it doesn't zip. The color of the dress is blush but its more of a rosy blush, so its hard to match. It's also tulle. I asked her to search for a maternity dress in blush tulle but we are having a hard time finding one. She is also telling me she doesn't want to stand out and look different than everyone else. I suggested maybe not being in the wedding, (in a really nice way). She didn't like that and said she's never been in a wedding and has always wanted to. ARGH. What are my options here?!?! I have a total of 7 maids, they will all be in the same dress. What would you do?

Remove the boning, shorten the boning and add a corset. We had to rework my dress for my sisters wedding as we ordered before finding out I was pregnant. We raised the waistline to accommodate my belly. I'm the one third from the left

Where did you get the dress from? Maybe they can order extra fabric and a seamstress can use that? My sister had 2 girls in her bridal party that had to do it that way.

I mean, honestly... YOU will be the one to stand out, not the bridesmaid in a different dress Smiley winking

I;ve seen girls over 8 months pregnant wearing a long empire waist style that flows over the belly and it looked super cute.

Get her to go to a seamstress there's nothing you've described that a good seamstress can't fix

At my first wedding my BM was 7 months pregnant. She was tiny and gained hardly any weight (lucky) anyway my seamstress was amazing. She did wonders and it all worked out. I never thought of not having her.
