6 month engagement!

One note on dress shopping, if you can buy off the rack you wouldn't have to worry about being so rushed. Or what I did is ordered a bridesmaid dress in a very pale blue (I didn't want a traditional gown anyway as this is my 2nd marriage). BM dresses come in waaay faster than bridal gowns!

We had a 6.5. month engagement, we had a super small wedding though.

It's doable, you'll just have to be very on top of everything. Budget, venue, dress should probably be first. Do you have a venue already? If not, you don't have a wedding date. That's a popular time of year so you may have trouble finding vendors.

I'll have a 5 month engagement by the time my wedding rolls around. First thing I did was my budget and contact/decide on a venue. When I went dress shopping I asked if they could only show me dresses that would be shipped in time. I contacted the rest of my vendor team and the rest fell into place.

BUDGET. It's amazing how fast it goes and also you need your dress....yesterday!

Hi! I'm getting married the day before. We got engaged 10 months before and the first thing we did was contact the band that FH wanted. Once we found out their availability we looked at venues. Happy shopping!

Get a coordinator, get organized. We'll be engaged 7 months total by the time we get married. Trust me, it doesn't feel short!
