6 days away and

I think with all the stress leading up to the day it is easy to lose sight of why you are getting married in the first place. I would try to take some time for the two of you to destress before the wedding and just enjoy being with your FH. I think that will help spark some excitement!

It makes sense due to the stress. Take a day of not doing anything wedding related and just have a date with your man

I'm not excited either but it has nothing to do with my FH. There's just been so much drama and crap surrounding it all that I don't want it anymore. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait to actually marry my FH, I just no longer want all the hoopla. It's too stressful and I feel like I'm going insane!

The last 30 days, then last week, are the toughest. My hubby (started getting sick two days before we had to leave for our DW) & I had a major blow-out then and worked through it but the stress was unbelievable. To make it easier on you—ditch any details (favors, little centerpiece decor), nobody will notice anyway. Did FH write his vows? Maybe at this point just use the standard vows. Maybe consider getting a massage even if you shouldn’t spend the money—one of my regrets because I so needed one to get through that last week.

Know if you can let go of expectations the day of, your wedding day will totally be worth it. And you’ll experience several unexpected magical moments.
