Its definitely do able. Our guest count is 200 and we have spent 5800 total. That includes venue, decor, flowers, band, photography and catering. I saved money by booking a venue that does not require a licensed caterer and we have a family friend who is an excellent cook do our food. Catering is typically the most expensive.

    Good Luck.

Print your own invitations. I just scored some gorgeous invitation for $14/50 (invitation/envelope/reply card/reply envelope) at Wal Mart of all places! They have a lot of designs and look very professional.
