April 11th. I am behind as I was working 2 jobs, 7 days/week. I finally left one and this past weekend was the first time I've had time to work on anything wedding related.


Brides wearing strapless wedding dresses, what type of undergarments are you wearing? I'd like to find a body shaper that will smooth my awkward curves and a bra that won't show. Experiences? Suggestions?
Also, you need your undergarments prior to taking your dress in to get it fitted, correct?

Hi, I'm getting marry ok April 20, so far I have all my vendors. I'm struggling finding the perfect look for our wedding, is a brunch so will be during the day on a garden with ocean view, I'l looking for ivory, rose gold and blush colors, but can't find the perfect combination of colors for my linens.

We're doing ok, but I feel so behind on things: we still have not booked out DJ (even though I've asked the FH to do this for months now...), still have to meet with the person who is baking our cake, have to set up a tasting with the caterer, find flower girl dresses, set up a planning/decor meeting with the venue owner/planner, order invitations, find groomsmen attire....ahhh!! We were ahead and then this fall has just been nuts so now we're behind. I'm freaking out that things won't get done and we'll be running around last minute.

It’s exciting! I’m also a 4/27 bride and sometimes it feels like I’m pulling in a hundred directions now that big vendors are set and we just have little details left. Thankfully the checklists are super handy!

Try the Minted All-in-Ones. They start at $1.25 per invite. They're not for everyone if you have your heart set on a big, thick stack of engraved cards and hand calligraphy, but for me the invitation is where I am most willing to cut corners since it will just get thrown away. For our welcome party I will send a Paperless Post invite too so that will help save. I am hoping my invite will just serve to drive traffic to our website where there will be most of the info anyway.

One thing with the all-in-ones though is that, while you can use a custom stamp to send them, you can't put a custom stamp on the reply postcard bc it's too small. So you need to either use the USPS postcard stamp (which is a seashell and doesn't match for me at least) or overpay by 15 cents for a USPS regular Love or other design stamp (which is what I am doing).

And wait for a 15-25% off coupon/promotion for anything from Minted, don't pay full price!

G osh... but our current list - order invitations within 2 weeks (found them on Etsy just got to order) cuz I’m on my 100 days Today!! Yay!! And next probably start my dress fittings & order more decoration signs... Bridesmaids dresses ordered but 1 - not sure if she will order hers which is a downer. I’ve asked her twice to look at dresses with me.no interest.. We will see!
