Oh cool!!! I'm pretty flexible on what dress they choose but I want it to be the same color so mixing brands of dresses won't really work. One idea of taupe could be completely different in comparison to another person's idea of taupe. David's Bridal has over 50 dresses that are that color, long, and chiffon. I was straying away from purple accents because the guys will wear blue suits and I wasn't a fan of blue/purple. Like you I want them to be comfortable which is why I went with different dresses. Everyone is shaped DRASTICALLY different in my bridal party

Hello date twins! I am so excited to be hitting the one year mark! We’ve had our reception venue for a few months, but our dream ceremony venue is this historic chapel at my alma mater that only books one year out. I called first thing and got it reserved for the evening of 10-10-2020 and I’m so excited! I’ve been counting down the days until I could reserve the space and I’m so relieved that’s taken care of. Next up, we’re looking at caterers and day of coordinators. We have such a popular date that finding a caterer hasn’t been easy, but we’re talking to three now and hopefully we should have one in the next week or two!

Aw! That's awesome!! Yes my next thing is florist! Now that I have colors for the bridesmaid dresses down, I can finally do something with a florist. I need engagement pictures done soon also! Then just buying little stuff for the reception. We got a lot of great pumpkins from Marshalls/Home Goods/TJMaxx for our tables. We're doing Cinderella for a theme.

This passed weekend my sister (MOH) and my mom and I went and looked at bridesmaid dresses and picked the color and 2 dresses to narrow it down to for the other girls. All my girls are local to me! happy pre-anniversary to you too!

Yes I went in June to try and order my dress. Just waiting for it's arrival! Have you gotten your dress yet? It's just little things really. I'm on track which is good.

Wow I feel so behind in planning compared to all of you haha. But we have the venue (unless we decide to change it later) and know our theme and colors. I am 99% sure who my officiant will be (a cousin-in-law) but haven't asked him yet. No bridesmaids and groomsmen so I don't have to worry about that. And I'm thinking about dress shopping in December.
