30 day anxiety is real

Kris, on October 3, 2019 at 7:44 PM Posted in Planning 0 4
Y’all... I have been cool as a cucumber throughout the entire planning process. I feel like I’m in a good place with the items left to do and all that Jazz. BUT I woke up at 3 am and it was like my brain has been in panic mode since. I have 30 days exactly till we say “I do” on November 2. I know my head is being irrational but now I’m knit-picking everything, feel like I’m forgetting stuff and have a need to get everything done today.

Did any of you have this? Any advice on how to get myself back in check?

I’m a week behind you and have suddenly been saddled with self doubt and anxiety too. If you figure out how to let it go, let me know.

I think you’ll find that the feeling of panic will come and go in waves as you get closer to the date. It hit me 30-20 days out pretty strong. I’m more relaxed now at 15 days, but I think there’s probably another wave headed in.

    Good luck!

Feeling the stress here too! I've been second guessing myself a lot and just anxiety over everything. My solution is to schedule a massage or some "me" time where you don't think about the wedding. I think I will be scheduling me one for next week. Smiley smile

We are wrestling all of our RSVPs in right now, so I think once that settles down I will be back on track. I just keep thinking "its all going to work out" over and over.

It's normal to be more nervous the closer the day gets
