20s themed wedding in 2020?

My wedding is 2/29/20. I know it's already on an odd date, but why not make it even more unique by having a 20s theme since it's 2020? I'm doing decor and accents and invitations in art deco style, but would I be pushing it if I added to my invites a little card hinting at a dress code? Something along the lines of "The wedding party will be dressed in 1920s attire, feel free come as you are, but you're more than welcome dress up with us for this special occasion!" I know I have time, so I'll tweak the wording if I choose to invite the guests dress up with us, but I don't want to come off as rude for asking my guests to join in on the theme. Any opinions on the matter? Anyome else been to a wedding where the guests dressed up? Or thinking of doing the same? Thanks in advance!
