2 receptions 2 states

Billie, on February 14, 2020 at 6:37 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 2
Hi, I am having 2 receptions in 2 different states because of health restrictions for family. I will be having a ceremony with a reception in 1 state then will have a banquet in another state. All guests will be invited to the ceremony & reception, but only a few will be invited to the banquet. How do I send the invite for the banquet? I want an RSVP card for that as well. Hmm..

I had pre and post wedding events that had different guests invited to so I ordered three different cards- wedding/reception, pre event and post event. I had to assemble for each guest what they were invited to.

I didn't know how I would do RSVP cards and didn't want the headache with different events so I did online RSVPs on Minted. Many websites allow you to input your guests and which events they are invited to so they only see information and RSVP for those events.

    Hope this helps!

Hey there, Billie! As the PP mentioned, you could just do two different types of envelopes, one with all 3 invites, and the other with just the two. You could include 2 RSVP cards if you didn’t want to do online RSVPs, and mark clearly on them for which event they are!

Did you want to do online RSVPs?
