Getting married in november; we're southerners (but not the biggest fans of country lol), I'm a new orleans native , FH is from mexico 😊 we FINALLY decided on the first dance song "me enamore de ti" by chayanne, but considering my fam and most of my guests dont speak spanish, I really want to do a mix of 2 songs. Any suggestions for a good English song? Open to anything, as a musician I'm picky and desperate 😅 (this will take place after the Spanish one)
please no ed Sheeran or john legend! 😅 gracias in advance

Ooh now I’m humming the song in my head! Um, Christina Perry- A thousand years, Edwin McCain- I could not ask for more, Enrique Iglesias- Hero... these are the only songs I could think of for now that would flow with Chayanne.

Plenty of good choices, but also wanted to mention that as a music lover who doesn’t speak Spanish, I would still very much enjoy your first dance song. It’s about the music, and seeing the two of you enjoy each other, so if you both love it, so will everyone else! (Saying this guessing that there will be plenty of other things done in English for your family to enjoy.)

Thanks haha true! But my mom who is paying for it lol and is like my best friend, is a little upset by it I can tell.
