Anyone know exercises that will help with the back fat? Besides that I think the dress looks good.

I hear hissing whispers about back fat in my nightmares...god I read this and my eyes about popped out of my head. I honestly thought I was going to just have to duct tape my fat into my dress, or staple my arm flap so it doesn't jiggle so much...this gives me hope! We can work out to get rid of most of it, and we can hide the rest of it with the ol' pinch n' tuck! Thank you Jesus!

I see it's your first fitting but I can't see how much time until your wedding. I agree with the skin comments from people and the rows. Take a gallon of milk, lean over so your torso is parallel to the floor (knee and hand on you of or low table almost like you're crawling with half your body with your torso still parallel gives extra support) and pick the milk up from the ground bringing your elbow to the sky. Nice shoulder and back exercise to do at home

I'm working with a trainer and I noticed the biggest change that helped me lose weight and tone up was my diet. I eat a ton of fish and protein at least one or 2 fillets a day. And eat like 5 meals a day all with some kind of protein. Good luck dress looks gorgeous!

Like the other girls have said, loosed the top and have whoever ties y the dress push the skin back in and towards your armpit area, I get the same thing, but as soon as my BM smooth it out the back fat is gone Smiley winking
