Here is what I have so far...Help!

1PM ceremony

115 I walk down the aisle

145-245 cocktail hour family pics and individual pics (we don’t have a bridal party)

Then what? What time should dinner be? When do the dances happen? Speeches?

Ask your photographer and day of coordinator or dj for suggestions.
A late lunch of early dinner should follow cocktail hour immediately. Dances (first dance) can be before, during or after dinner. Speeches during dinner

I am having a 12pm wedding and making the meal at the reception a late lunch (about 1:30-2:00pm). Similar timeline to yours, just shifted up an hour.

Timeline is not finalized yet but the tentative order is: ceremony, cocktail hour/photos, lunch begins, speeches (if any) durring lunch, first dance (all other dancing follows), cut cake and serve dessert, event ends.

Hi Mariah! Like Michelle said, you should talk to your venue/caterer, photographer, and DJ to come up with a reception timeline together.
