18 Days to Go - Are We There Yet?

FMIL called fiance yesterday and asked him if he would be mad if his uncle and cousins didn't come to our wedding... despite the fact that they RSVPd 6 weeks ago. And the wedding is in 2.5 weeks.
He'll have to leave Friday night and get here late, then leave Sunday morning... like didn't he realize that he lives 10 hours away BEFORE he RSVPd? Fiance was nice enough to say no. But seriously? I realize that things come up, but you don't just realize you live 10 hours away after you RSVPd.

    That's lame... so many little things coming up before your day! Hopefully all of this just means that nothing is going to go wrong the day of! Getting all the shenanigans out of the way now

    Maybe they are afraid of the coronavirus which wasn't a thing when they initially RSVP'd.

    Oh my gosh! I’m so worried for this! Ugh, my fiancé had his bachelor party and apparently one of his GROOMSMEN and his wife are now not sure if they can make it! She pregnant and due in June so I get it, but they have known they were pregnant for a long time...like just say you are unsure because of the situation and I can work with that, but the yes then no is driving me crazy
