Last night, my MOH and I started discussing some of the things we are doing as soon as she flies into town the Tuesday before the wedding and suddenly, my chest hurt, I couldn't breathe and I was breaking down. The rest of the night was awful. My friend, who is DJing, was talking to FH about equipment and it happened again. I couldn't breathe. I was panicking. I am so overwhelmed and I feel so far behind and so many things feel so uncertain. I feel like I'm drowning. Literally drowning. Even writing this has me just wanting to run away. Has anyone else gone through these feelings or is going through these feelings? What did you do to feel better? Any advice on what to do? The meme made me chuckle but seriously. Thinking about everything has me gasping for air and I need to do so much and I'm so tired. I'm a working mom with 3 kids. One of the reason we chose April 7th is because of spring break. I feel like I simulaneously need more time and need it to hurry up and be over with. I've reached out to my BP because one thing I really need is a friend. A moment to just catch a cup of coffee and breathe but none of them have time. I've discussed how I feel but I think my friends shrug it off or downplay it. I'm not sleeping well. FH is doing all he can but he goes school 4 days a week and works 4 days a week so we don't see each other very often it feels. What are some suggestions for this? I can't be the only one.
