14 days... omg 14 days

Where has time gone. Literally where has the time gone. I remember at one point in time I felt like June 29 was so far away and it seemed as if the days were creeping by, and now we are literally sitting at 14 days and it is crazy. So many emotions and thoughts run through my head daily. And even though all my bridesmaid, wedding coordinator and everyone tells me that everything is done it is just my nerves. But anyway to be honest I will be glad when it gets here and is over with. I am excited to marry my love, but this whole process now that we are getting to the end is very draining. I just had someone send me a message and ask could they come, and yall know me if you didn't rsvp I don't have time, and now FH family is like omg can we come after all this time of asking. I am so over it. Now I am the strict one in this situation but he keeps giving me these puppy dog eyes like but babe I want more of my family there and I understand that and have no problem with it I just wish that they RSVP'd when we asked everyone too..... Thanks for letting me vent...

    We are 9 days away and I'm surprisingly still super calm. I'm not nervous at all and I feel confident that everything is/will be taken care of. I'm just ready for the day to be here, we have been counting down since over 500+ days.

    Only 14 days away - that is so exciting, and I'm sorry that you even need to deal with family that did not respond when they should have. I am the same way - there will be an RSVP date and I will be sticking to it - adding extra people at the end can be stressful. Hope your day is amazing!

    Date twins!!!!

    every single day the past two weeks has been filled with wedding appointments after work... and it continues next week too! I’m going to have some FOMO with all the things my friends are doing this weekend but I HAVE to spend it doing my wedding DIYs! I’m so thankful I had enough vacation time accumulated to take the entire week off before the 29th. I’m so thankful I don’t have invite issues like you seem to.. I would flat out say “no” to anyone who has the balls to ask to come two weeks out! So much to do still but it’s going to be so worth it!!!!

    Yes I completely agree with you. That is what I have been saying I have more than enough stuff to do and complete without the added headache of someone asking can I please come I am able to now. But like you said I have so many more important things to do and worry about other than can someone make it. I am not taking the whole week before the wedding, I am taking the 2 1/2 days before the wedding and the whole week after the wedding.... So trust I am going to be good and ready for that good ole' honeymoon to relax and chill. Thank you for the advice

    Omg.... I hope at 9 days I have finally hit that calm mark (lol) knowing me I wont but let us pray that I have a calm come over me....

    Everyone keeps asking if we are ready, we have been counting down for almost 400 days, both of us all we can say is “we are just ready for the day to be here” everyone takes is so weird, but like. We just want it to be here 😂
