Heya, all.


I've been lazy, a little ill and recovering, and I think I have to go down a size to fit my dress. I found some of those month toning plans. Has anyone used those with results? Just wondering!

    I have never heard of a month toning plan, but maybe look into a personal trainer and track your macros (calories, carbs, fats and proteins).

    Consuming less calories than you burn is the only way to lose weight. Toning is just a fancy way of saying increasing muscle while decreasing body fat with a calorie deficit to make that new muscle show more.

    The workouts have something in common. They all involve doing planks. I guess I'm going to have to get in gear!
