buffet verses sit-down

I would do a sit down for like 20 people or less but Anything over that... straight buffet it. I work as a server at weddings sometimes, and I've served both ways. Sitdown for larger groups is a waste...

Ok, I'm debating having a Buffet vs. a Sit-down Dinner. I thought of Buffets as tacky at first but I'm thinking maybe it might be the better option now. I was wondering what you guys are all doing.
