Best place to get a courthouse dress

We postponed our wedding to next year, and I have decided to buy a simpler white dress for my courthouse wedding. I don't want to spend more than $100. Any suggestions where to look?
Just postponed due to covid don't know what to do about change the dates!

We just made the decision to postpone from 9.25.20 to 10.1.21.. we are devastated but relieved at the same time. Such a weird feeling! We would like to send out change the dates but is it way too...
