Help! When should I start wedding dress shopping? I dont get married until May 23, 2020 and i want to know how long you ladies gave yourself to find “the one”! I have an idea of what i would want, but I’m not sure since i have never tried a wedding...

I really want to ask 2 of my very close friends to both be my maids of honor but i dont Know how to go about it! Should i ask Them at the same time and explain why i chose Both of them? Has anyone had 2 MOH? Advice please! And they are both unmarried...
