How necessary is a coordinator? I don't want to have to run around doing things at my wedding besides getting dressed. Is there really a lot to be organized the day of? I am having about 125 people for a sit down dinner with a DJ.

Does the florist do a mock up of your bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and any centerpieces you want?? Or do you just show them a picture and hope they get it right? What if I don't have a picture?? I really want the flowers to look awesome! Thanks!
