Has anyone had buttercream for their wedding cake instead of fondant? How did it turned out for you? Did it get hard? I don't like Fondant but our baker make it taste really good but the buttercream of course is cheaper.

What colors schemes does everyone have? We're newly engaged and have decided on navy blue, yellow and grey!
