Bustling a tulle skirt!
I have no idea how to bustle this train! I’m not a fan of the bustles that look like a wave (if that makes any sense) so I’m not sure how it’s gonna work. Especially being such delicate tulle😅 I’m worried I won’t like it and I don’t know how to not...
