I'm ordering table numbers and trying to figure out how many to get. We are doing a sweetheart table so is our table for just the two of us table 1? Or do we not use a table number and table 1 would be the first full table with our parents/guests...

I'm finding my quotes for hair and makeup for me and bridal party are all over the place. What did you pay? What did it include? And is it customary to pay for bridesmaids? Or what is reasonable to expect them to cover themselves?
