Dress Help! I have my first alterations appointment on Saturday and she told me to come in with some ideas for the bustle and we'd discuss. I have no idea what to do! What do you guys think?

Help! So I've felt for a while I needed to size up my engagement ring about 1/4 size. The jeweler convinced me to wait until I had my wedding bad and to wear those together for a bit. I swell up like crazy whenever the weather changes, my diet, etc....
