Anyone have an information or know if you can do returns at david's bridal? I was pressured into buying a dress ik not happy with and just wish I could return it

For the last week or so my ring finger has been hurting alot and there's a hard lump. Anyone know what could be causing it? It's hard to see but it's like a blister towards the top left

I bought my dress Sunday and ever since then I've been feeling like I made the wrong choice and idk why? Everyone says you get that I'm gonna cry moment but I didnt. My fiance did and said he can imagine me walking down the Isle in it. HELP!
