Activity for Meghan

This is what we are doing instead of a guestbook. I would like to have a sign asking the guests to sign a leaf, however, I am not very good with words. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas.

So as I was searching for centerpieces I was getting quotes from a bunch of people and it can be very pricey .. so I was just wondering if any of you are making your own ? If so can you post some ideas .. also would it look strange to use fake...
