Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with alterations at Davids Bridal? I've heard they are expensive. Attaching a picture of my dress in the comments. I would need it shortened & a bustle.

Hi, We are having 13 guests at our wedding. Our venue is calling it an elopement package. But I've heard from others that it's not considered an elopement if there are any guests present. Thoughts on this? Thank you!
