Anyone in Seattle or surrounding area have a good rec for a wedding dress tailor? Bought mine at a trunk show in SF, bringing it up to Seattle where I live.

Is it normal for photographers to charge sales tax on the entire package? I was surprised to see this on our invoice, but I suppose some tax does make sense. If it's not common, would it make sense to decrease tip if they are charging tax?
