Is it wrong or disrespectful to ask a venue if they do discounts for weddings that fall on Friday the 13th?

Does anyone have an idea of what an average price for 100 guests with buffett and hosted bar would be? Thank you for any comments!

Trying piece together a wedding for 6k to 7k. Including ceremony and reception (dinner and open bar). Any recommendations or suggestions?
