Activity for Maranda

I had 5 sets of couples say they were attending from out of town. My fiance and I started a chat on fb with them to check in ask if they need airport help hotels etc. Also the night before we wanted a get together with them for a few weeks it's radio...

I am new to here but have a question. My FH and I can't agree on when to pay the vendors and everything in full. I have heard horror stories about these thing's and we are a ways off. Is there a protocol or procedure to this?
