I had my hair and makeup done today. I am impressed with the makeup artist's work. I have never had my makeup done by a professional before.

So I actually have not yet proposed but am looking at rings and I really don't want to invest in a diamond ring. To me that's more money to put towards our future, but do I look cheap if I get a white sapphire??? Maybe another colored stone?

I know there's another thread going about shoes in general, and they're all gorgeous! However, I have my heart set on my Something Blue being navy shoes, and I would love to hear where you found yours!

What kind of cake topped did you use? Where did you buy it? I'm leaning towards the ones that say "Mr. & Mrs. whoever".
