Ok... we're getting married in an old chapel that's just breathtaking. Should we use a harpist, a bagpiper, or something totally different? What are you doing? (It's an evening wedding)

If the groom's family lives in Texas, and most of their guest list will need hotel rooms, do I pay for them, or does the groom's family?
