Are your bridesmaids dresses all different or all the same?

Sooo I asked one of my good "friends" to be a BM back when my FH proposed. Since then I've kinda lost touch with her. We don't really talk and when I showed her the BM dress, she said it wasn't her color! I'm over it. What should I do?!
