How many wedding planners/coordinators should I meet with before making my decision? I met with one last night and my fh and I liked her. Should we book or meet with other?

Who plans them? And do you only invite people who are invited to the wedding? Can you invite people who are not invited to the wedding? (People who are not invited to the wedding because the wedding will be small and intimate. )

Has anyone hired or checked out DTLA flower vendors for centerpieces, bouquets and ceremony flower arrangements?? pricing seems too good to be true. I don't personally know anyone who has hired a DTLA shop to ask about the experience.
