What are some creative things to do with my bridesmaids? It's our firs "let's get down to business" meeting. What did you ladies do?

I want to see wedding dresses. I have been shopping for my dress but have only seen it on perfect body models. I want to see my everyday beautiful brides with that style of dress. I want pictures.

I will be having a large wedding. 150 guests, I just need help with the seating arrangements. I don't even know how to start How did you ladies do it?? Ideas please.

I would like to hear from my Arizonians! Where did you have your wedding? I need help finding a decently priced venue.
