Activity for Libby

We just got engaged! Do you think it’s possible to find vendors available for 09/07/24? The venue we want is open but I’m worried about all of the vendors.

We are looking at this venue for an outdoor wedding. I am wanting to have the ceremony on the lawn and cocktail hour/ reception dinner on the terrace. How would you handle clean up of the ceremony since the space is visible to all of the guests...
