Activity for Jess + Rri

So how are some of you going about bridesmaids hair. Are they all required to have the same style? Are you letting them chose how they would like to look? Just trying to get an idea of how I should go about this.

As you know most dresses are strapless these days. Has anyone had success in adding straps, sleeves or even a back to the dress? How did it turn out? My goal is to get the dress to stay up (small chest LOL) and also cover a back/shoulder tattoo....

In your opinion what are the pros and cons of a first look before the ceremony, did you or did you not do one?

Is there anyone that have made their own table decorations and everything for their wedding reception?
