I sent out my invitations with pre-addressed pre-stamped rsvps. I asked for them to be back by April 19. I know people are busy and it's easy to forget but I haven't heard from 159 out of 400 total. Am I supposed to somehow contact them to find out...

I'm considering using disposable plates. I just feel like its so much easier! Where are the best places to buy it from and how much of it do I need? I will have about 250 guests.
