Is it necessary for both a cheese/cracker/fruit display and appetizers?
My venue charges $17-$20 pp for 3 appetizers, and $11 pp for a cheese/cracker/fruit display. Is it necessary to have both? Will guests be pissed if there’s not both and will it be enough food for cocktail hour? Is salad also...
