Activity for stanthewoman2014

I picked a beautiful venue, a concert hall/opera house. It seemed perfect, especially for $1500 BUT now that I am thinking of it, it doesn't cover a boat load of things that typically come with other venues such as: Chairs Tables Linen Flatware...

I want one very long table with my hubby and I at the head as a banquet style dinner. Only issue is idk how to show people where they sit since I'm not having individual tables. Any ideas?
