Opinions on junior bridesmaids? If you have any in your wedding, how many and what ages are they?

What things do you ladies consider when choosing your bridesmaids? I don’t have friends, nor close to family and I only have 3 sisters vs his 7-8 groomsmen. I don’t want just any one in our wedding, if y’all get what I mean.
