Activity for Autumn

I have a budget of 6,000. I’m trying to select vendors that are reasonably priced. I have the cake and caterer left but I’m unsure of what’s a good price. What do you think is reasonable to spend for the caterer and baker (separate vendors)

I’ve heard when you purchase a vendor (catering, photo, etc.) you’re supposed to tip them (not including original price paid). How much is the right amount? I don’t want to tip too much or too little. TIA
