Odd question: who can view your budget planner? only me and my fiance, or can others or vendors view as well?

I am Freaking out!! I am getting married 1/11/2020 and I haven’t been to a bridal shop yet. I’ve seen some styles that I think I like, but I’m having major body image issues that I’m too afraid to try on dresses. I’m sure I’m not alone, any advice...
