Anyone have any ideas on how to make a dog collar similar to this with fake flowers/greenery? And maybe add a veil to it? I would like to make it instead of buying one.

I love this color of bridesmaid dress but I cannot find it anywhere! I guess I’m really picky! But I have ordered almost 30 swatches and can’t find on similar. Any suggestions?
