I am having issues with the bodice of my dress. It was altered from a size 6 into a 4, and I believe the seamstress left my bodice lumpy and uneven in doing so. My attached photo shows what it looks like on the left, and what I think it should look...

I am seeking advice on how to fix a dress bustle flaw. The dress has a sheer organza fabric overlay which is bustled with 11 pearl buttons (see picture). The problem is that when bustled, the loops it creates stick way up & out creating an ugly boxy...
