What do you think about the cupcake tiers as a cake? I am finding it to be much cheaper than cake and it seems to be a trendy thing now. You can do lots of flavors. Pulix makes several types, but they have nothing to sit them on... feedback?

How do you estimate how much beer/wine to buy?? I will have 200ish guests at the reception.
