Activity for Ruby

When a DJ, florist, photographer, baker, etc. gives a quote, does it include gratuity? Are we supposed to tip them a certain percentage like the caterer? Do they assume that we'll pay gratuity on top of the price quote? Do we have to ask them...

Oh goodness- he snores so loudly. I'm a very light sleeper. I've such a hard time sleeping whenever I stay over, unless I'm dead tired and passed out before he comes to bed. Oy! Do you have any tips? I can't imagine having earplugs! Thanks!
