So I've been comparing the prices of ordering invitations vs buying the kit and printing them at home and the kits are so much cheaper! Has anyone used the kits? Are they pretty easy to do yourself and did they turn out looking good?

My FH thinks I've lost my mind, but I want to make our own wedding cake. Well, I want to try it out and see how hard it would be. Has anyone else done this?

So I'm pretty sure our venue isn't going to allow sparklers (plus we might be doing everything during the day), so I'm looking for alternative ideas that will make really cool photos. What do you all think?
